The first National Leadership Summit in honor of Professor Eni Njoku, 1st Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos (1962-1965) was held to the University of Lagos, Nigeria on July 16, 2013.  The theme of the summit was "Education, Leadership and the Task of Nation Building: Cultivating the Culture of Excellence".
